The SSU and the PGO exposed the fsb’s agent infiltration into the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

As a result of comprehensive measures taken in Kyiv, an an employee of the Central Office of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine was detained. He worked in ‘D-2’, the most exclusive, closed division and spied for the russian special services.

The investigation established that the agent’s subversive activities were coordinated by traitor Dmytro Ivantsov, Yanukovych’s deputy head of security, who in February 2014 helped the fugitive president flee to russia, while he himself remained in Crimea, joined the ranks of the occupiers, and was recruited by the fsb.

The Security Service has documented at least 60 incidents of the transfer of classified information to Yanukovych’s former deputy head of security by the suspect.

Among other things, the ‘mole’ collected personal data for the fsb on Ukrainian security officials and other citizens against whom the enemy was planning terrorist attacks and psychological operations.

To obtain personal information about potential ‘targets’, the suspect used restricted databases of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies.

For each task completed, the agent received money from his supervisor, which was transferred to his bank card.

Previously, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine had informed the management of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine about possible risks associated with the aforementioned employee. However, the leadership of the Agency did not take any measures in response, and the person in question continued to work in his position and attempted to destroy evidence of his illegal activities.

Subsequently, after thoroughly documenting the crimes committed by the ‘mole’, the SSU and the PGO officers detained him. His phone and computer equipment, which he used to contact his supervisor, were seized.

Currently, the russian agent has been notified of suspicion under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
– Part 1 of Article 111 (high treason);
– Part 3 of Article 362 (unauthorized actions with information processed in electronic computers, automated systems, computer networks, or stored on such information carriers, committed by a person who has access to it).

The perpetrator faces imprisonment for up to 15 years.

Comprehensive measures were carried out under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General’s Office have exposed Fedir Khrystenko, a current MP from the banned Opposition Platform-For Life party party, on charges of high treason. According to the investigation, the people’s deputy was a high-level FSB agent and was responsible for strengthening russian influence on the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU).
The traitor has been served a notice of suspicion in absentia under the following articles of the CCU:
– 28.2, 111.1, 111.2 (high treason committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons under martial law);
– 369-2.2 (abuse of influence).
According to the investigation, after the start of the full-scale invasion, Khrystenko fled Ukraine and continues to influence the NABU.
As established, Fedir Khrystenko was recruited by the FSB during the Yanukovych administration and is currently in close contact with Yurii Ivaniushchenko (aka Yura Yenakiievskyi), who is a resident of the FSB, ‘watching’ for the so-called DNR. In addition, Khrystenko was a liaison of collaborator Armen Sarkisian (aka Armen Horlivskyi), who died in an explosion in one of Moscow’s elite residential buildings in early 2025.
According to findings, Khrystenko actively performed tasks of the russian intelligence service during the Revolution of Dignity. In particular, for the organization of the Anti-Maidan, he used private carriers under his control to transport “titushky”.
In addition, Khrystenko is currently in close relations with some of the NABU’s leaders, including Ruslan Mahamedrasulov, the head of the NABU’s Interregional Detective Department, who has been detained by the SSU today on suspicion of doing business with russia and contacts with ruscists.
According to the available data, Khrystenko met this detective since they studied together at Donetsk University.
Moreover, Khrystenko is in close contact with the head of the NABU detective unit, Oleksandr Skomarov. There is evidence that in 2022, during the full-scale invasion, Skomarov’s wife was traveling abroad in a car belonging to Khrystenko’s wife.
Skomarov participated in the competition for the head of another law enforcement agency of Ukraine – the Bureau of Economic Security. The investigation found that if he won the competition, Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoiskyi hoped that Skomarov, as the new head of the BES, would help close the criminal proceedings against him. This information was confirmed by evidence of Kolomoiskyi’s correspondence with one of his subordinates.
However, Kolomoiskyi is not the only oligarch whom FSB agent Khrystenko tried to help. It has been documented that NABU detectives assisted another Ukrainian businessman, Ihor Kolomoiskyi’s business partner, Hennadii Boholiubov, escape.
In particular, two employees of the Bureau, Skomarov’s subordinates, accompanied the fugitive oligarch when he crossed the state border of Ukraine: they were in the neighboring compartment of the train “for safety”. According to the investigation, the corresponding “special operation” was also organized by Fedir Khrystenko.
During the searches of the contacts of the MP from the banned Opposition Platform-For Life party, Khrystenko, materials of NABU criminal proceedings were found, including documents of covert surveillance of the suspects, as well as questionnaires of candidates for detectives of the Bureau, which evidences russian influence and systematic leaks of information from the anti-corruption agency.
The SSU is taking comprehensive measures to establish all the circumstances of possible infiltration of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau by russian intelligence services.
The investigation was carried out under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

The Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General’s Office have exposed Ruslan Mahamedrasulov, the head of the NABU’s Interregional Detective Department, doing business in russia. According to the investigation, the official, staying in Dnipro, coordinates the Bureau’s activities in the frontline regions of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizzhia regions), while having contacts with representatives of the aggressor country and assisting his father to conduct illegal trade with russia.
According to findings, the offender acted as an intermediary in the sale of his father’s batches of industrial hemp to the russian federation (Republic of Dagestan).
In addition, the SSU is checking whether Mahamedrasulov had contacts with the russian intelligence services and passed them classified information, in particular, details about planned investigative actions.
According to the investigation, the traitor was in close contact with Fedir Khrystenko, a fugitive MP from the banned Opposition Platform-For Life party, who is linked to the russian intelligence services and has a significant influence on the NABU’s activities, which will be reported further.
The pre-trial investigation has also found that Ruslan Mahamedrasulov’s father, Sentiabr Mahamedrasulov, has russian citizenship, which was concealed by the NABU official during the security vetting process, in violation of the law.
The suspect’s mother, Iryna Mahamedrasulova, lives in Kyiv but receives a pension from the so-called DNR and posts pro-russian comments on social media, including in groups with the Z-symbol. The SSU has evidence that she actively supports putin’s war against Ukraine and justifies the war crimes of the ruscists in her conversations.
While Ruslan Mahamedrasulov, as one of the heads of the NABU’s Interregional Detective Department, was supposed to work in Dnipro responsible for activities in the frontline regions, he was almost constantly in Kyiv and recently returned from an elite vacation on the island of Tenerife, where he spent several weeks.
The decision of serving a notice of suspicion to the high-ranking official of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau under Article 111-2 (aiding the aggressor state) of the CCU is pending.
Comprehensive measures are being taken to clarify all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.
